Registration Guidelines for Participants

Confirmed registration is required to participate in the HMC Conference 2025 in Cologne, Germany.

BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co. KG is our external partner for the participant registration and is also responsible for the invoicing and collection of participation fees. Please check the full information, fees and deadlines on this website.

We kindly ask you to provide the requested information in the required fields during the registration process. Upon the completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Please check your spam folder.

Dates

Registration is only possible via the registration facility on this website.

Registration will open on 24 March 2025
Registration will close on 11 April 2025 23:59 CEST
After 11 April 2025, registration is no longer possible.
